RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 9~1 ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ESTABLISR%~ENT OF A LIGHTING DISTRICT ON WEST FOURTH STREET AND EAST AND WEST FIFTH STREET. kesolved, that the plans and specifications heretofore adopted on the 17th day of April, 1925, by ~esolution No. 9Vl, for an ornamental Street lighting system on West Fourth Street from Ross Street to Artesia Street, and on East and West Fifth Street from French Street to Shelton Street, be, and the same are hereby rescinded, together with said Resolution No. ~V1. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution of Rescission was duly and regularly intrDduced and passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha st a regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of May, 1923, by the following vote: Ayes: Noes: Absent'.
