IOOV. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the O].ans and specifications for the <br />following work to be done And improvement to be made in the <br />City of Santa Aha upon qnd along a portion of West Fourth Street <br />between tbe West line of North Ross Street aJd the East line of <br />North Artesia Street, also upon and along that portion of East <br />Fifth Street between the West line of French Street and the East <br />liue of North Main Street, and of West Fifth Street between the <br />West line of North Main Street and the East llne of Shelton <br />Street, and described in brief as follows: <br /> <br /> The inst~]lation of an ornamental street lighting <br />system on and along the described portions of West Fourth Street <br />and East and ~est Fifth Street. <br /> <br /> All ss prepared by the City Engineer and designated <br /> <br />ss Assessment District No. 42 for the improvement of the portions <br />of tbe streets hereinabove referred to ~nd submitted this 28th d~ <br />of May, 1923, be and the same are hereby adopted as ~nd for the <br />plans and specifications for doing s~id work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />and regularly introduced, passed And adopted by the Board of <br />Trustees of the city of Santa Ana at an adjourned regular meeting~ <br />thereof heId on the 28~h day of May, 19~, by the folIowing vote <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Noes: Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />Trustees C.H.
