The Board of Trustees <br />does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of <br />the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed owners and <br />he is not required to mail the same. <br /> <br /> POSTING NOTICES <br /> <br /> SECTION IV: The Street Superintendent of the city <br />of Sahta Ana shall c~use to be conspicuously posted along <br />the line of said contemplated work and improvement, at no~ <br />more than three hundred (~00) feet in distance apart, but <br />not less than three (~) in all, notices of the passage of <br />this Resolution of Intention, and the work being ah~rgeab~ <br />upon a district, copies of said notice slmll also be posted <br />along all of the open streets within such district at not <br />more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, but <br /> <br /> <br />
