She aforesaid lighting system on West Fourt~ Street s.hall be connected with the transformer described in Paragraph "c" hereof; the lighting system on East and West Fifth Street shall be connected with each of the transformers mentioned in Paragraphs "c~' abd "d" hereof, for the purpose of the different hours of service hereon. (c) The construction of one (1) reinforced concrete transformer vault on the West side of North ~lower Street between West Fourth Street and West Fifth Street, complete in accordance with the plans and specification~ on file herein. (d) The construction of one (1) reinforced concrete transformer vault on the North side of West Fifth Street between Sycamore Street and Broadway, complete in accordance with the plans and specifications on file herein. (e) Ahe installation of conduits connecting the two above mentioned vaults to the respective conduit systems and ~rcuits and the complete wiring of conduits and poles in circuits in accordance with the plans and specifications. All of the herelnabove mentioned work shall be done in accordance with t~e ~lans and specifications adopted therefor by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, by Resolution lOOV on the 28th day of May, 1923, for said work, and which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha, and to which reference is hereby made for a more complete description of said work. SECTION II: That the contemplated work and improvement hereinbefore mentioned is, in the opinion of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, of more than local or ordinary public benefit and the Board of Trustees of the said city hereby makes the expenses ~f such work and improvement chargeable on a district which district said Board of Trustees hereby declares to be the district benefitted by said work and improvement, and to be ~sessed to pay the cost and expense thereof, and which said district is bounded a~d described as follows: All that real property situated in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, included within the following exterior boundary lines: Beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of East Fifth Street with the center line of French Street; thence southerly along the center line of French Street a distance of 1~ feet~ thence Westerly parallel to the center line of East and West Fifth Street to an intersection with the center line of North Hoss Street to a point in the said center lime 16~ feet Southerly from the point of intersection of the center line of West Fourth Street with the center line of North Ross Street;
