RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 1009. FSr Improve~ent of East ~,~yrtle Str~et from Main to Halladay Streets. RESOLVED: That the public interes~ and convenience requires, ~hd that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees-~ of the City of Santa Ana, to order work to be done and an im- provement to be made in, on and along a portion of that open public street in said city, comEonly known as Fast Myrtle Street, and which portion thereof is described as ail that portion of East Myrtle Street which extends East from the East line of South Md n Street to the ~est line of the Pacific Electric Railway Company's 40 fo~ right of way, and from the East line of said 40 foot right of way to the ~est line of Ralladay Street, and for the entire width of the described portion of East ~yrtle Street from the curb line on the North to the curb line on the South thereof, and where any street or alley intersects or terminates in the described portion of East Myrtle Ltreet, then beyond the curb line and across the sidewalk reservation to the North and South property lines thereof. '~he use hereinafter in tTis Resolution of Intention of th* words ~r phrase ~'East Eyrtle Street~' is intended to mean, does mean, and shall at all times be construed to mean, the portion of said open public street hereinabove described. The work and improvement wl~ich the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha intends to order done and made in, on, and along East M~tle Street is briefly described as follows: (a) The regrading of said portion of East ~yrtle Street to a sub-grade of five (5) inches below the official grade thereof as now established, and the paving of the descrlbed portion thereof by the construction on salad sub-~rade of a concrete pave~uent five (5) inches thick w~th belt finish wearing surface and complete to the official grade. (b) The construction of ce~ent curb on portions of said street where not already constructed as shown on plans approved by the Board of Trustees of said City ~ S~nta Aha by Resolution No. 9~6, complete with the fuDnishing of ail n necessary equipment, labor and material. (c) The excavation of trench ay~roximately six (~) feet in derth and the furnishing and laying therein of six (8) inch main sewer line as shown o~ the above described plans and more particularly described in spe6iflcations on file in th~ office of t~e City Clerk. (d) ~e excavation of fifty-one (51) lateral house connection sewer trenches a~roximately six (6) feet in depth, same to be placed opposite each separate lot, piece or parcel of land fronting on the above described portion ~f ~yrt]e Street on which improve~nent is to be made hereunder,
