as is shown on plans and specifications; each trench to extend Easterly or Westerly as the case may be, from the main sewer pipe line, as constructed in and approximately along the center llne of the above described street to sad inside of the curb existing upon the North and South sides thereof, and the laying in each of such trenches of a lateral house connection sewer constructed of four (4) inch inside diameter vitrified salt glazed cylindrical sewer pipe connecting wfth the said main sewe: pipe line and exteudlng from said main sewer pipe line to the inside of said curb; and the backfilling and settling of each of said sewer trenches to a true and solid curface on the sub- grade. (e) The excavation for and the construction of four (4) concrete manholes as shown on plans above referred to, complete with the furnishing of all necessary eq~Ipme~t, labor and matel~ (f) The excavation for and t?e construction of one (1) concrete flush tanh as shown on plans and specifications on file with the City Clerk, complete with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and material. (g) The excavation for and t~e construction of ce~e~:t sidewalk five (5) feet in width arfd three and one-half (3~) i~ches in thickness on portions of said streets where not already constructed ss shown on plans and speclf~.cations, com- plete with the furnishing of all necessary eq~Ipment, labor and materials as is more fully set forth in the plans and specifications on file in the ~fice of the City Clerk of Said city. All of said work shall be done in accordance with the plans and specifications adopted therefore by the Board of Trustees of t~e city of Smuts Aha, by Resolution No. 936 on the 13th day of February, 1923, for said work, and which plans and ~ecifications are now on file in t~e office of the Ulerk of t~e city of Santa Ans. The contemplated work and improvement on East Myrtle Street is, in tie opinion of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, of more than local or ordinary public benefit and the Bm rd ~ Trustees of the city of S~nta Ana hereby makes the expenses of such work and improvement charge~b~ on a district, which district said Board of Trmstees hereby declares to be the district benefitted by said work and im- provement and to be assessed to l~y t~e cost and expenses thereof, and which said district is bounded and described as follows: Located In the City of Santa Aha, County of 0range, State ~ California, and beginning at the point of inter- section of the center line of East Myrtle Street with the West line of Halladay Street; thence Southerly along the Wes~ line of Halladay Street a distance of 1V1.26 feet to the Southeast corner of Block 6 of Tract No. 343, accor~ng to a map recol~d~,d in Miscellaneous Map Book 15, page 9, Records of 0range,County, California; thence westerly along
