All said notices shall be headed: "NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT" in letters of not less than cue (1) inch tu length and shall in legible characters state the fact of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, its date, and briefly described the work and improvement proposed and refer to this Resolutlou of Intention For further particulars. baid notice shall also contain a m~atement of the day, hour and place when and where any and all persons, having shy objec- tions to the proposed work or improvement, may appear before the Board of Trustees and show cause why the said proposed'im- provement shall not be carried out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. And there shall also be inserted therein the following: "Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent the following assessments, and bear interest at the rate of 8% per annum, will be issued hereunder in t~e manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 191§, the last install- ment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the second day of July, next succeeding nine (9) months from their date." All of s~id notices shall b~ posted and shall contain ~nd set forth in ~snner and form the facts, things and matters required by law. Ail of the herein proposed work shall be done in pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, designated "Improvement Act of 1911", approved A~ril ~ h, 1911, and all amendments thereto.
