RESOLUTION NO. 1010. <br /> <br /> Resolved, that the bonds heretofore ordered issued for <br />the work briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 823, <br />for the Improvement made on a portion of West Sixth a nd Olive <br />Streets, open public streets in the city of Santa Aha, being <br />ten bonds in the denomination of $1000.00, nine (9) bonds in <br />the denomination of $504.88, and one (1) bond in the denomina- <br />tion of $504.~8, be and are hereby awarded and ordered <br />delivered to the Contractor or his assigns in satisfaction of <br />the sum due tha Contractor upon his assessment and warrant, <br />subject to any liens, thereon. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify the foregoing Resolution was duly <br />introduced and passed at a regular meeting of the Board of <br />Trustees of the City of Santa Aha held on the 4th day of June, <br />192S, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Trustees C.H.Chapman, Geo.NcPhee, Nat H.Neff, <br /> C.L.Killen, J.W.Tubbs. <br /> <br /> Toes: Trustees None. <br /> <br /> Absent: Trustees None. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> E.L.Vegel~ (SEAL) <br />Clerk of the city of Santa Ans. <br /> <br /> <br />
