DESCRIPTION OF BONDS. Section 3. Said Board of Trustees determines and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent said unpaid asses~ents, and bear interest at the rate of six (6~) per cent per annum, will be issued hereunder in the manner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915; the last installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the secood day of July,next succeeding nine (9) months from their date. PUBLICATION OF RESOLUTION OF IMTENTION. Section 5. The Clerk of the city of Santa Aha sha~l cause this Resolution of Intentlo~ to be published twice in the Santa Aha Dail~ Evening Register, a daily newsp~ er of general circulation, published and circulated in said city, and which newspaper is herebydesignated for that purpose by the Board~of Trustees. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice o~ Improvement to owners or reputed owr~ers and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING NOTICES Section 6. The Otreet Superintendent of the city of Santa Ana shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, but not less than three (3) in all, notices of the passage of this Resolution o2 Intention, and the work being chargeable upon a district, copies of said notice shall also be posted along all of the open streets within such district at not more than three h,~!dred (800) feet in distance apart,i. ~ but not less than three (~) in all on each such street. All of said notices shall be in the form prescribed and be posted in the manner required by law. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. Section V~ All of said work and improvement shall be done as shown upon and according to the plans and draw- ings numbered I to 3 inclusive for Assessment District
