(c) The excavation of fifteen (15) lateral house connection sewer trenches, approximately six (6) feet in depth, same to be placed opposite each separate lot, piece or parcel of land fronting on the above described portion of ~est Walnut Street, or where provided for on the rlar~ and specifications for s~td work, herein- after more fully referred to; each trench to extend Northerly and Southerly as the case may be, from t?e Main sewer p~oe l~ne, as now existing in and ~proximately alou~ the center line of said ~est ~alnut Street to and i~slde of the curb line existing o~ the North and South sides thereon, and the laying in each of s~ch trenches of a lateral ho~se connection sewer line, ccustrncted~ four (4) inch inside diameter ~itrifted s~t glazed sewer pipe line, and extending from said main pipe line to the inside of said curb, e~cept where said sewers have already been constructed, and the backfilling and settling of each of said sewer trenches to a true and solid surface on the aub-grade. All of aforesaid work and improvement to be done as shown upon and according to tho rlans, drawings, profiles and cross-sections therefore, accepted ~nd a~proved by the Board of Trustees of the city of S~ ta ~na on the ?th day of ~ay, lgl~, by Resolution numbered g98, a~d on file in theoffice of tt~e 61ty Clerk of said city, arid according to the s~eclficat~ons covered in the same Resolution adopting said plans, and the same were adort,d as the plans,dr~wlngs, profiles, cro~s sections and specifications to be followed in mailng said improve~.ent, and by reference thereto the same are incorporated herein and made a part hereof, and reference is hereby made thereto for a more particular description of said work. That the contemplated work and improvement here- inbefore mentioned is in the opinion of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, of more than local or ordinary public benefit and the Board of Trustees of the said city hereby makes the expenses of such work and improvement chargeable on a district, which dis- trict said Board of Trustees hereby declares to be the district benefitted by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the cost and expense thereof, and which said district is bounded and described as foll~ws:.
