RESOLUTION. 102~t, A resolution by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, as the ligislatlve body thereof, finding and determining that the public interest and necessity requires the widening of Oak Street, and describing the property necessary therefor. Resolved, that it be and is hereby determined that the public interest and necessity requires that Oak Street, ~as the same recorded in Book 13, page 16, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, be widened to thirty (30) feet in width. Resolved, that the herelu described real property is necessary for the widening of Oak Street and to be taken therefor: Located in the city of Santa Ana~ County of Orange, State of California, and particularly described os: Block "0" at shown upon a map of Brentwood Square Tract No. 226, recorded in Book 13, page 16, Miscellaneous Ma~ , records of 0range County, California.
