lng from the sewer treatment site to the line of ordinary high tide ~f the Pacifid Ocean, and connected therwith a cast iron sewer pipeline extending into the waters of the Pacific Ocean appro~$1mately 800 feet for the conveyance and disposal of sew- age. The sewer treatment plant and sewer pipeline to be ade- quate and sufficient to treat, carry, and dispose of the sew- age developed, and originating in the cities of Anaheim, Santa Aha, Fullerton and Orange. Resolved, that it will be for the interest and adv~t- ageof the Cities of S~ta~a, Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange to eater into a Joint agreement, authorizing and providing for the Joint construction and maintenance of such necessary outfall sewer outside of the exterior boundaries of said municipal corporations, and by such Joint agreement provide for the Joint paume~t of the cost and expenses of and for the Joint use, benefit, o-tfall sewer, and upon under such regulations, and maintenance of such necessary such terms and co~ditio~s, and as may be approved by the boards of trustees of the cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton, and Orange,. Resolved, that the city of Santa Aha shall be bound and obligated.to pay such proportionate part of the cost of the construction of such necessary outfall sewer, at such times, and in such installments,as may be provided for in said Joint agreement. Hesolved, that this resolution be signed by the Pres- ident of the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha, attested by the Clerk, and under the corporate seal thereof, and be published three times in SANTA RNA DAILY EVENING REGISTEH, a daily newspaper of gereral circulation published and circulated in the city of Santa Ans. Resolved, that a full, true, correct and certified cop~ of this Resolution be transmitted to and filed with the clerks of the cities of Anaheim, Fullerton, and Orange. The foregoing Resolution No,1025 was regularly intro- duced before the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Aha as the legislative body thereof, at a regular meeting thereof held on the lath day of June, 1923, and was read, considered, and upon call of the roll adopted by the vote of the following named members of said Board: Ayes.
