The Baard of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, Califonnis, pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of 191~, and amendments thereto, do resolve as follows: Section 1. That the public interest and convenience require and it is the intention O~ the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, California, to order the construction of the following described work and improvement to be made in, on and along a portion of that open public street in said city, commonly known as Bachman Drive, and which portion thereof is described as all that portion of Bachman Drive, which extends East from the East curb line of N~th Maiu Street to the East end of Said Bach- man Drive as shown on map of Tract No. 318, on file in t~e office of the City Engineer of the City of Santa Ana, and for the entire width of the entire portion of Bachman Drive from the curb line on the North to the curb line On the South thereof, to -wit: (a) The regrading of said street to a subgrade five ($) inches below the official grade thereof ss now established, and the paving of the described portion of Bachman Drive by the construction on!said subgrade of a concrete pavement five (5) inches thick with belt finish wearing surface and complete to the official grade; ~vement to be of the kind, character andl quality as is fully set out in the specifications hereinafter described. Ail of aforesaid work and improvement to be done as shown upon and according to the plans, drawings, profiles amd cross- sections therefor, accepted and approved by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana on the 18th day of June, ~923, by Resolution numbered 1028, and on file in the office of the City Cler~ Of said city, and according to the specifications covered in the same Resolution adopti~g said plans, and the same were adopted as the plans, drawings, profiles, cross- sections and specifications to be followed i~ makin~ said improvement, and by refere~ce thereto the same are incorporated herin and made a ~ rt hereof, and reference is hereb~ made thereto for amore particular description of said work. DE&CHIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTHICT Section 2.
