No. 1026 hESOLVhD$ that the plans and specifications for the follow- work to be done ~d improvement to be made in the City of Santa Aha upon and alonga portion of that open public street in said ~[ty, commonly known.as Baohman Drive, and which portion thereof is described as a~l that portion of Baehman Drive which extends East from the ~as.~ curb line of North Main Street to the East end of s~id Bachman Drive ss shown on map of Tract No 315, and for the entire width of the~ entire portion of Be chman Drive fro~- the curb line on the North to the curb line on the South thereof, and described as follows: The regrading of said street to a subgrade five (5) inches below the official grade thereof as now established, and the paving of the described portion of Bachman Drive bF the const- ruction on said subgrade of a concrete pavement five (5) inches thick with belt finish wearing surface and co~plete to the official grade. Ail as prepared by the City Engineer and designated as Assess- ment Destrict Mo.48 for the improvement of Bachman Drive, in the City of Santa Aha, ahd submitted this 18th day of June, 1923, be, and the same.are hereby, adopted as and for the plans and specifica- tions for doing said work.
