PUBLICATIO~ (~ RESOLUTION OF INTENTION Section ~ The Clerk of the City of Santa Aha shall cause thisResolution Of Intention to be published twice in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said city, and which newspaper is hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trust~es does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owmers or reputed owners and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING NOTICAS Section 6. The Street Superintendant ~ the City of Santa A~a shall cause to be conspecuou~ly posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvement, at hot more than three~~ Hundred (~00) feet in distance apart, but not less than three (~) in all, notices of the pesasge of this Resolution of Intention, and the work being chargeable upon a district, copies of said notice shall also be posted along all of the ope~ streets within such district at not more than three hundred (SO0) feet in distance apart, but not less than three (S) in ~ 1 i~ each such street. All of said notices s}mll be in the form proscribed and be posted in the manner required by law. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIO~S Section V. All of said work and improvement shall be done as shown upon and according to the plans and drawings numbered sheet l, for Assess~ent ~istrict ~o. SO, adopted June 25, 192Z, and on file in the office of the City Engineer of said city and specifications of said work and improvement design~ted as "Assessment District No.50", adopted June 25th, 192~, and on fi~e in the office C the City Clerk of said city.
