the same, together with any objections which may be raised <br /> <br />by any of the property owners liable to be assessed for ~he <br />work of abating said nuisance and thereupon make such <br />modifications fn the report as they deem necessary, after <br />which said report shell be confirmed. ~he amounts of the <br />cost for abating such nuisance in front of or upon the <br />various parcels of land mentioned in said report shall con- <br />stitute special assessments against the respective parcels of <br />land and, as thus made and confirmed, shall conatitute a lien <br />on said property for th~ amount of such assessments, resPec- <br />tively, and thereafter said amounts shall be collected at <br />the same time and in same manner as ordinary taxes are <br />collected and shall be subject to the same penalties and the <br />same procedure under foreclosure and eal$ in case of delinquency <br />as provided for ordinary municipal taxes. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was adopted <br />by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ara, at its <br />regular meeting held July 2nd, 1924, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: ' Trustees C.H.Chapman, Geo.
