217: RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. 1041. RESOLVED, that the pland and specifications for the follow- ing work to be. done and improvement to be made in the ~ity of manta Ana upon and along a portion of that open public street in said city, commonly known as Fairview Avenue, and which p~tion thereof is described as all that portion of Fai~view Avenue which extends from the West line of South Main Street, a public street in the city of Santa Ana, Westerly to the West, line of South Flower Street, also a public s~reet in said city, and for the entire width of the described portion of Falrview Avenue from the curb line on the north to the curb line on the South thereof, and where any s~reet or alley intersects or terminates in the described rortion of Fairview Avenue ; t?~en beyond tbs curb line and across the sidewalk reservations ~o the North and South property lines thereof, and described as follows: The r~grading of said street to a sub-grade, six (6) inches below the official grade thereof as now established, ,nd the pa~ng of the described portion of Fairview Avenue by the e~- struction on said sub-grade of an asphaltic concrete base four (4) inches thick and complete to tl, e official grsd~. The construction of curbs and the construction of lateral house connection sewers thereu~ er. Ail ss prepared by the City Engineer s nd designated aa Assessments District No. 47 for the improvemen~ of Fairview Avenue in the city of Santa Aha, and submitted this 2nd day of July, 192~, be and the same are hereby adopted as and for the plans and s~ecifications for doing said work. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the Boar~ of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, at the regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of July, 1923, by the follewing vote: Ayes: Noes: Absent: Trustees C.H.Chapman, Geo.
