WHF_~, the Boar~ of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana, on the 18th day of June, 1923, passed its P~solution of Intention No. 102V, to order the hereinafter described work to be done ~nd improvement made on Bschman Drive in said city, which Resolution of Intention No. 102V was duly and legally published twice in the Santa Ana Daily Evening ~egister, a daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of o~ta Ana, all as required by law, as appears from the affidavit of T. G. NcDonour, principal clerk of the printers ~nd publishers and which affidavit was filed in the of the city of Santa Ana on the 21st now on file therein; and of said daily newspaper, office of the Clerk day of June, 1923, and WHEREAS, after the passage and adoption o~ said P~solution of Intention No. 1027, the Street Superintendent of the city of ~ant~ Ana conspicuously posted along the line of the contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, and eight in all, notices of the passage of said Resolution of znteution, headed NOTICE OF IMPROVEMENT, in ~mmner, for~ and substance as provided by law, and the work being chargeable upon a district, also conspicuously posted copies of s~d notice along all of the open streets within such district, not
