All of the herein proposed work shall be done tn pursuance of an Act of the i.egis]ature of the btate of ~aiiforAa, des~gnat.~d ~mprovement Act of 1911 and ~mendments thereto. For further partlculars reference is hereby made to said Resolution of Intention No. 1015 which is dated the llth day of June, 1928, and on file with the Clerk of the city of Sant~ Ans. The -lerk of the utty of S~ t9 Aaa is hereby directed to post a notice of said work together w'th the plans and soecifi- eat~ons therefor conspicuously for five days on or near tie Council Cha=Der door of t!e Board of Trustees inviting sealed proposals or bids for doing the work ordered: he is also directed to publish twice s notice inviting such proposals and referring to the specifi- cations posted or on file in the Santa Ana Da~ly Evening Register, a daily newsoeper published and c~rcu!ated in the clty of Santa Aaa, and hereby designated for that purpose.
