229: RESOLUTION NO. 104~. A RE~OLb~fION DETErmINING UNPAID ASSESSMENTS FOR THE WOP~ DONE AND IMPROVEMENT MADE UPON A PORTION OF BUSH STRF~ET, AND THE AGGREGATE THEP~EOF, DIRECTING BONDS TO BE ISSUED UPON THE SECURITY OF THE UNPAID ASSESSMENTS, PRESCRIBING THE DENOMINATIO~ OF SAID BONDS, PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THE SAME IN ANNUAL SERIES. Whereas, a warrant and assessment, dated the 23r~ day of May, 1928, was issued for the work done and improvement made upon a portion of Bush Street, an open public street in the city of Santa Aha, for work and improvement as briefly described, in Resolution of Intention No. 913, passed by the Board of Trustees of said city on the 18th day of January, 1923, and ordered done and made by Resolution No. 932, passed the Bth day of February, 1923; Whereas, on the 26th day of June, 1923, being after th~ full expiration of thirty days from the date of the warrant, and the said warrant being returned and recorded by the Street Super- intendent of the city of Santa Ana, and after said return was recorded, the Street Superintendent made up and filed with the Clerk of the city of Santa Ana, as the Clerk of the Board of Trustees thereof, a complete list of all unp~ d assessments upon the assessment, and said Clerk thereupon gave notice of the fil- ing of said list, and that V:30 o'clock p.m. of the 16th day of July, 1923, and the council chamber of the Board ~ Trustees of the city of Santa Ana was the time therein fixed by him when interested persons might appear before tke city council and show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments shown on said list; Whereas, the Board of Trustees of Santa Ana was in session and duly convened at the time and place in the said no- tice specified, and proceeded to hear any objections presented, and no interested or Other persons appearing to show cause or did show cause why bonds should not be issued upon the security of the unpaid assessments or objected thereto! It is therefore now by the Board of Trustees of the city of S~ ta Ana determined, resolved, and ordered as follows:- (1) The assessments which are unpaid for the work donel and improvement made upon a portion of Bush Street, which work and improvement is briefly described in Resolution of Intention No. 91~, passed on the 15th day of January, 1925, and ordered done and made by ~esolution No. 932, passed on the 5th day of February, 1923, are as follows:- OWNER ASS'T.
