POSTzm~ NOTICES <br /> <br /> Section 6. ~ne ~treet Superintendent of the <br /> <br />City of Santa Ana shall cause to be conspicuously posted <br />along the line of said contemplated work and ~provement <br />at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, <br />but not less tPmn three (3) in all, notices of the passage of <br />this Resolution of Intention, and the work being chargeable <br />upon a district, copies of said notice shall also be posted <br />along all of the open streets within such dY trict at not more <br />than three hundred (300) feet in d~ tance apart, but not <br />less than three (3) in all on each such street. All of <br />said notices shall be in the form prescribed and be posted <br />in the man,er required by law. <br /> <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> Section V. All of sald work and improvement Shall <br />be done as shown upon and according to the plans and ~ <br />drawings numbered 1 to 3 inclusive for Assessment District <br />No. 4V, adopted July 2nd, 1923, and on fils in the office <br />of the City Engineer of said city, and specifications for <br />said work and improvement designated as "Assessment District <br />No. 4V, adopted July 2nd, 1923, and on file in the office <br />of the City Clerk of said city. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution <br />of Intention was duly and regularly introduced and passed <br />by the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana at a <br />regular meeting thereof held on the 18th day of July, <br />1~2~, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />Noes: <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Trustees Geo.
