Vegely . <br /> Clerk cf the city of Santa Ans. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK <br /> NO. 1051. <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Ana did, on the 28th day of Ju~e, 1923, pass its Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1034 to order the hereinafter described work to <br />be done and improvement to be made in the City of Santa Ana, <br />which Resolution of Intention No. 1034 was duly and legally <br />published twice in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a dai- <br />ly newsp~r published and circulated in the City of Santa Ana, <br />all as required by law an~ appears from the affidavit of T. G. <br />McDonour, principal clerk of the printers and publishers of~ <br />said daily newspaper, and which affidavit was filed in the i <br />office of the Clerk of the City of Santa Ana on the 28th day of <br />June, 1923, and now on file therein; and <br /> <br /> Whereas, after the adoption of said Resolution of <br />Intention and on the 28th day of June, 1~23, the Street Super- <br />intendent of the City of Santa Ana caused notices of the passage! <br />of Resolution of Intention No. 1034 headed: "NOTICE OF IMPROVE- <br />MENT" to be duly, legally and conspicuously posted along the <br />line of said contemplated work and improvement, less than 300 <br /> <br /> <br />
