I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced, passed and adopted by the. Resolved; That that certain map prepared by the Engineer of the City of Santa Ana, indicating by a boundax-y line thereon set forth in blue tint lines, the district te be benefitted by the extension and the opening as extended of North Sycamore Street in the City of Santa Aha, California end to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, and known as the assessment district, be, and the same is hereby approved.!
