Also that portion outside the corporate limits of the City of Santa Aha, described as follows: That portion of that open public street within the County of Orange com- monly known as and called Flower Place as delineated and shown upon the Map of Tract No. 289 as recorded in Miscella- neous Map Book 14, page 8, Records of Orange County, Cali- fornia, as per right of way granted by the Board of Supervi- sors of Orange County and on file with the City Clerk of Santa Ana, and a strip of land fifteen (15) feet wide con- necting the above named streets and beginning at a point in the center line of Edinger Street, 21 feet Easterly from the center line of South Flower Street; thence Southerly in a straight line to a point in the North line of Tract No. 289 above referred to, 9 feet Westerly from the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, of said Tract No. 289; thence Wes- terly alohg the said North line, 15 feet; thence Northerly parallel to the first mentioned course to a point in the center line of Edinger Street, 6 feet East from the center line of South Flower Street; thence Easterly along the cen- ter line of Edinger Street, 18 feet to the point of begin- ning, as per deed to the City of Santa Ana from A. B. Haven and Lizzie H. Haven now on file. with the Clerk of the City of Santa Aha. The plans are referred to for further parti- culars and location of the work to be done. 2. The work and improvement on the above described portions of street and right-of-ways to be as follows: (a) Hegradtng and the construction of a six (8) inch concrete pavement on Flower Street from the South line of Fairview Avenue to the ~orth property line of Edinger Street from the curb llne on the East side to the curb line on the West side thereof and where any streets intersect or terminate, then to the East and West property lines thereof, complete to the official grade as per plans and specifications. (b) Construction of cement combination curb and gutter, curbs and special curb returns for the purpose of a storm water drainage system on portions of South Flower Street, easements and rights of way above described as is shown on plans and specifications. (c) Construction on the described portion of South Flower Street of main sewers, house laterals, man-holes and flush tanks in accordance with plans and specifications. (d) Construction of twin corrugated iron h~If cir- cle culvert in accordance with plans and specifications.
