252 <br /> <br /> sidewalk reservations to the East and West property line <br /> thereof. <br /> <br /> Also that portion outside the corporate limits of <br />the City of Santa Aha, described as follows: That portion <br />of that open public street within the County of Orange com- <br />monly known as and called Flower Place as delineated and <br />shown upon the Map of Tract No. 289 as recorded in Miscella- <br />neous Map Book 14, page 8, Records of Orange County, Cali- <br />fornia, as per right of way granted by the Board of Supervi- <br />sors of Orange County and on file with the City Clerk of <br />Santa Ana, and a strip of land fifteen (15) feet wide con- <br />necting the above named streets and beginning at a point in <br />the center line of Edinger Street, 21 feet Easterly from <br />the center line of South Flower Street; thence Southerly in <br />a straight line to a point in the North line of Tract No. <br />289 above referred to, 9 feet Westerly from the Northwest <br />corner of Lot 1, Block 1, of said Tract No. 289; thence Wes- <br />terly alohg the said North line, 15 feet; thence Northerly <br />parallel to the first mentioned course to a point in the <br />center line of Edinger Street, 6 feet East from the center <br />line of South Flower Street; thence Easterly along the cen- <br />ter line of Edinger Street, 18 feet to the point of begin- <br />ning, as per deed to the City of Santa Ana from A. B. Haven <br />and Lizzie H. Haven now on file. with the Clerk of the City <br />of Santa Aha. The plans are referred to for further parti- <br />culars and location of the work to be done. <br /> <br /> 2. The work and improvement on the above described <br />portions of street and right-of-ways to be as follows: <br /> <br /> (a) Hegradtng and the construction of a six (8) <br />inch concrete pavement on Flower Street from the South line <br />of Fairview Avenue to the ~orth property line of Edinger <br />Street from the curb llne on the East side to the curb line <br />on the West side thereof and where any streets intersect or <br />terminate, then to the East and West property lines thereof, <br />complete to the official grade as per plans and specifications. <br /> <br /> (b) Construction of cement combination curb and <br />gutter, curbs and special curb returns for the purpose of a <br />storm water drainage system on portions of South Flower <br />Street, easements and rights of way above described as is <br />shown on plans and specifications. <br /> <br /> (c) Construction on the described portion of South <br />Flower Street of main sewers, house laterals, man-holes and <br />flush tanks in accordance with plans and specifications. <br /> <br /> (d) Construction of twin corrugated iron h~If cir- <br />cle culvert in accordance with plans and specifications. <br /> <br /> All of the above proposed work together with the <br />furnishing of necessary labor and materials, and complete to <br />the plans and specifications, and all as prepared by the <br /> <br /> <br />
