255 <br /> <br />RESOLLWfION No. 1068. <br /> <br /> Whereas$ a portion of that street, in the City of <br />Santa Ana, known as West Fifth Street, and the portion there- <br />of described as being a strip twenty (20) feet wide, same <br />being ten (10) feet on each side of the Center line of said <br />West Fifth Street, extending westerly from the West line of <br />North Artesia Street to the West City Lirmits line is. now, <br />and has been, for more than ten (10) years last past, in the ~ <br />use of the public as a thoroughfare, <br /> <br /> It Is Hereby Resolved: That the Board of Trustees <br />of the City of Santa Ana do accept, and the same is hereby <br />declared to be, and open public street in;s~ d city. <br /> <br /> C.
