DESCRIPTIONOF BONDS Section 3. Said Board of Trustees determines and notice is hereby given thet serial bonds to represent said unpaid, assessments, and bear interest at the~rate of six (6%) per cent per annum will be issued hereunder inthe man- ner provided by the Improvement Bond Act of 1915; the last installment of which honda shall, mature nine (9) years from the second day of July, next succeeding nine (9) months from their date. Notice is hereby given that on Mondayi the 24th day of September, 1923, at V:30 o'clcock P.M. of that day, in the Council Chember of the Board of Trustees of the s~id City of S~ta ~na, any and all persons heving any objection to the proposed work or improvement may a~pear~ before said Board of Trustees .and show cause why saidpro- posed improvement should not be carried .out in accordance with this Resolution of Intention. PUBLICATION 0F RESOLUTION OF INTENTION Section 5. The Clerk of the City of Santa Ana shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published twice in the Santa Ana Daily Evening Register, a daily ne~s- paper of general circulation, published andcirculate.~ in s~ d city, and which newspaper is hereby designated for that purpose by the Board of Trustees. The Board of Trus- tees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or reputed owners and he is not required to mail the same. POSTING NOTICES Section 6. The Street Superintendent of the City of Santa Ana shall cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work and improvement, at not more than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, but not less than three (3) in all, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention, and the work being chargeable upon s district, copies of said notice shell also be posted along all of the open streets within such district at. not mays than three hundred (300) feet in distance apart, but not less than three (3) in all on each such street.
