(a) The regrading of that portion shown on the plans as requiring a concrete base, to a sub-grade six and one-half (6~ inches below the official grade thereof, and the paving of the above described portion by the construction on said sub-grade of a concrete base five (§) inches thick, and the laying thereon of one and one-half (1~) inch asphaltic wearing surface, in accordance with plans and specifications, complete with the furnishing of all nec- essary equipment, labor and material. (b) The construction, on that portion shown on the plans as requiring an asphalt top, of an one ~d one-half (1~) inch asphalt top in accordance with plans and specifications, complete to the official grade and with the furnishing of ali necessary equipment, labor and material. Ail of aforesaid work and improvement to be done as shown upon and according to the plans, drawings, profiles and cross-sections therefor, accepted and ap- proved by the Board of Trustees of the City cf Santa Ana on the 2Vth day of August, 1925, by Resolution num- bered 108A, and on file in the office of the City Clerk of said city, and according to the specifications Cov- ered in the same Resolution adopting said plans, and the same were adopted as the plans, drawings, profiles, cross-sections and specifications to be followed in mak- ing said improvement, and by reference thereto the same are incorporated herein~and made a part hereof, and ref- erence is hereby made thereto for a more particular des-~ cription of said work; excepting from the work above described any of said work already done upon said afore- described portion of East Fourth Street; excepting fur- ther form all of the above described work the portion thereof which is required by law to be kept in order and repair by any person or company having railroad tracks thereon. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT Section 2. That the contemplated work and' improvement hereinabove mentioned is, in the opinion of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and the Board of Trustees of the sa~d city hereby makes the expenses of such work and improvement chargeable on a district, which district said Board of Trustees hereby de~lares to be the district benefitted by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the cost and ex- , pense thereof, and which said district is bounded and described as follows: All that real property situated in the City of Santa Aha, county of Orange, state of California, included within the following exterior boundary lines: Located in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of Califo~rnia, and beginning at the South- west corner of Lot ?, Block A, of Burgess Addition as per map recorded in Book 15, page 55, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California;;thence
