RESD LUTION REQUIRING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS NO. 924. Resolved, thatlthe Engineer of the city of Santa Ana be and he is hereby required to furnish the Board of Trustees of the said city w~th plans and specifications and careful estimates of cost for the improvement of a portion of that ~pen public street in the city of Santa Aha commonly known as North Patton Street; and which portion thereof is described as beginning at the North line of West First Street and extendinE North to the South line of Wed Fourth Street. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly introduced before the Board of Trustees of the city of Santa Ana at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held the 29th day of January, 1923, and passed by the vote of the following named members thereof: Ayes: Trustees J.W.Tubbs, C.H. Ctmpman, W.A.Greenleaf, John G. Mitchell. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustee H.H.Dale. Attest: E. L. Vegely (SEAL) Clerk of the city of Santa Ans. Resolved, that the plans and specifications for the work to be done and improvement to be made on a portion of that open public street in the city of Santa Aha, commonly known as North McClay Street, and which portion thereof is described as beEinuing at the North line of East First Street snd extending North to, the South line of East Fourth Street;, as prepred and furnished by the Engineer of the city of Santa Ana, be and the same are hereby adopted and approved.
