~1~e East 115 feet of the following described parcel of land: Begtm~lug at a point 38-2/llths rods West of a point 78-10/llths rods South of the Northeast cor~er of Section Twelve, Township Five South, Range Ten West, San Bernardino Base & Meridian, and running thence North 55-2/5tbs feet; thence East to the West line of Sycamore Street, as said Street is described in Decree of Condemnation, a certified copy of which Decree was recorded January 8th, 1929 in Book 22~, Page 401 of Official Records of Orange County; thence South along the said West line of Sycamore Street 55~Sths feet to the North line of land conveyed to W. H. James and wife by deed recorded September 1st, 1928 in Book 184, Page 488 of Official Records of Orange County; thence West to the point of beginning, in consideration of the purchase price of $25,200.00, $1,000.00 having been heretofore received by the City, is hereby acknowledged; that Carl J. ~hornton, the City's designated agent, is hereby directed to place his Certificate of Acceptaxce upon s~d deed and to deliver the same to the Orange County Title Company ~or recording by them through the escrow now pending with sa~ d Company.
