KESOLUTION NO. 58-163 <br /> <br />A Rw-~0LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, AIX)PTING PROFILE AND <br />IMPROVEMENT PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF SIXTH STREET AND HAWLEYSTREET IN <br />SAID CITY <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That that certain profile and improvement <br />plan, No. AD 203, on file in the office of the City Engineer of <br />said City of Santa Ana, for the improvement of: <br /> <br /> Sixth Street between Hawley Street and a line 750 feet ~ <br /> westerly therefrom, said line being the north line of <br /> Tract No. 633; and <br /> <br /> The westerly portion of Hawley Street between Fifth Street <br /> and the north line of Tract No. 633 <br /> <br />all in the City of Santa Ana, be and the same hereby is adopted and <br />approved for such work and improvement. <br /> <br /> That that certain specification prepared by the City Engi- <br />neer for said City of Santa Ana and on file in the office of the <br />Clerk of the Council thereof, entitled "Specifications for Improve- <br />ment in Assessment District No. 203", be and the same hereby is <br />approved and adopted for such work and improvement. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. It hereby is ordered that the above mentioned <br />plans and specifications shall be filed in the office of the City <br />Engineer of said city, and both such plans and specifications shall <br />be open to public inspection. <br /> <br /> SECTION 3.
