RESOLUTION NO. 58-182 ~,~ENDING SECTION 3 OF RESOLUTION <br />~0. 5114 AS A~ENDED, ENTITLED "RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A <br />BASIC CO~PENSATION PLAN FOR CERTAIN CLASSES OF EI,~IPLOI~Ei~T <br />IN T~E I~EINICIPAL SERVICE OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AND <br />ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR THE PLACE~,~ENT OF PRESENT <br />EMPLOYEES WITHIN THE WAGE AND SALARY SCHEDULES PROVIDED" <br /> <br /> ~£HE~AS, on December 26, 19~1, the Board of Trustees of the <br />City of Santa Aha passed and adopted Resolution No. ~ll4 establishi~ <br />a basic compensation plan for certain classes of employment in the <br />service of the City of Santa Ana; and <br /> <br /> ¥~EREAS, it is now desired to add three new <br /> <br />ment and allocate the same to the Salary and Wage <br /> <br />classes of employ- <br />Schedule. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section ~ of Resolution <br />~ll4 be and the same is hereby amended by deleting the class title <br />"Duplicating Machine Operator" and its accompanying Schedule No. <br /> <br /> by adding to the list of Class Titles the class title of "Dupli- <br /> <br />CLERK OF ~E COUNCIL <br /> <br />at its regular meeting held <br />A T TEST <br /> <br />cating Shop Supervisor" immediately foltowin~ the class title of <br />"Draftsman", and by allocating thereto Salary and Wa~e Schedule ~o. <br />28; adding to said list the class title of "Identification 0fficer'~ <br />immediately following the class title of "Hoseman", and by allocating <br />thereto Salary and ¥~age Schedule No. 33; and by adding to said list <br />the class title of "Motor Grader Operator" immediately following the <br />class title of "!!~echanical gweeper Operator", and by allocating there- <br />to Salary and Wage Schedu~ No. 30. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That this Resolution shall take effect <br />on July l, 19~8. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br /> <br /> <br />
