· RESOLUTION NO. 58-23h <br /> <br /> CONCERNING P~RKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANC~ THEREWITH ~ <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED~ That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the <br /> State of California, Section 472~ and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha ~nicipal Code,' <br /> the City declares that portion of Resolution No. 52-2, adopted the 7th day of <br /> January, 1952, and ordering the ~rb painted RED, as follows ~ <br /> <br /> SOUTH MAIN STREET <br /> <br /> On the west side of South Main Street between First Street and Walnut Street, as follows ~ <br /> <br /> South 17 feet of the north 83.5 feet <br /> <br />Also, that portion of Resolution No. 52-2 ordering the c~Arb painted GREEN and bearing <br />a legend thereon in white letters indicating that the maxlm~lm time limit for parking <br />shall be ten (10) minutes, as follows, <br /> <br /> SOUTH MAIN STREET <br /> <br />On the west side of South Main Street between First Street and Walnut Street, as follows ~ <br /> <br /> South 118.5 feet of the north 223 feet <br /> <br />Also, that portion of Resolution No. 57-259, adopted the 7th day of October, 1957, <br /> <br />and ordering the c~rb painted RED, as follows: <br /> <br /> SOUTH MAIN STREET <br /> <br /> North 112 feet <br /> <br />are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed <br />to cause the paint on said cttrb to be removed or covered. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code <br /> <br />of the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa A~a ~nicipal <br />Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking regulations a~ and limitations as <br />set forth in Section 3218 of the Santa Aha ~nicipal Code, as follows ~ <br /> <br /> SOUTH MAIN STREw <br /> <br />On the west side of South Main Street between First Street and Walr~,t Street, as follows ~ <br /> <br /> Sot~h?92tfe~ttbf the north 158 feet <br /> <br />and said c~rb along said street shall be painted YELLOW, and the Director of Public Works <br />is hereby directed to cause said cNJrb to be painted as hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
