RESOLUTION NO. 59-16 <br /> <br />A P~SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA ORDERING CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS IN THE <br />WORK PROPOSED TO HE DONE IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />NO. 203 (SIXTH STREET) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 59-4, the City Council declared <br />its intention to modify the work to be done on Sixth Street and <br />Hawley Street in Assessment District No. 203, as such proceedings <br /> <br /> instituted pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 58-175; <br /> <br />were <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 59-4 duly and legally was pub- <br />lished as required by law, and notice of the intention to order <br />said proposed modifications duly has been given; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a hearing has been held thereon by said City Council; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, no written protests or objections to said modifica- <br />tions have been filed by any interested person, and no objections <br />or protests thereto have been made to the City Council; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFOHE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANADOE~ <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the Sections 5231 - 5235 of <br />the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, said City <br />Council declares that it has acquired Jurisdiction to order the <br />modifications proposed iu said Resolution No. 59-4 and hereby <br />orders and directs that said modifications as specified in said <br />Resolution No. 59-4 be made. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
