RESOLUTION NO. 59-19 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />MEMORANDUM AGREEMENTS WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE <br />REGARDING CERTAIN STBk~ET WORK ON HARBOR BOULEVARD <br />AND TWO PORTIONS OF SEVFJ~TEENTH STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Orange County has by <br />Resolution adopted procedure for the administration of the Arterial <br />Highway Financing Program, regulating that portion of the California <br />Highway Users Tax Fund which is retur~ed to the Cities for street <br />work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, agreement has been reached between the parties hereto <br />regarding street work on Seventeenth Street, between Santiago Avenue <br />and Graud Avenue, and between Tustin Avenue and the East City Limits <br />of Ssnta Ana, and on Harbor Boulevard between the North property <br />line of Voit Rubber and the South property line of Standard Pressed <br />Steel; and <br /> <br /> ~tEREAS, three separate documents entitled MEMORANDUM OF AGREE- <br />~IENT have been prepared by the County of 0rs~ge, covering the above <br />referenced three sections of street; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the three doctunents, each <br />nominated LUgI~ORANDUM OF AGRE. ED~ENT providing for street improvements <br />on Harbor Boulevard and Seventeenth Street at the locations above <br />referred to are hereby approved, and the Mayor and the Clerk of the <br />Council are hereby directed to execute the same for and on behalf of <br />the City. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of J~uary, 1959.! / <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> C~,'~.I%X OF ~HE COUNCI'r, <br /> <br /> <br />
