Wks. cc (1) Finance <br />RESOLUTION N0. 59-23 AUTH~ IZING EXECUTION OF MEMORANDUM <br />AGB-EEMENTS W~ TH ~--~OUNTY OF ORANGE FOR STREET WORK ON <br />HARBOR BOULEVARD AND SEVENTEENTH STREET, AND RESCINDING <br />RESOLUTION NO. 59-19 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, agreement has been reached between the parties hereto <br />regarding street work on Seventeenth Street between Santiago Avenue <br />and Grand Avenue, and between Tustin Avenue and the East City Limits <br />of Santa Aha, and on Harbor Boulevard between the North property <br />line of Voit Rubber Company and the South property line of Standard <br />Pressed Steel, with money from the California Highway Users Tax Fund <br />in three separate documents entitled "~0RANDUM OF AGENT" which <br />have been prepared by the County of Orange setting forth the condi- <br />tions under which they will do the work on said three sections of <br />street; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the three documents <br />hereinabove referred to are hereby approved and the Mayor s~d the <br />Clerk of the Council are directed to execute the same for and on <br />behalf of the City of S~ta Aha. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 59-19 is hereby <br />rescinded. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Aha at their regular meeting held on Febr~ary,.,~1959. ~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />" CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA AMA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br />I, MARION SUTTNER, <br /> <br />VICE MAYOR <br /> <br />hereby certify that I am t he Cle~ of <br /> <br />on the 2nd day of February, 1959, and was <br />passed a~d adopted by the following vote, <br /> <br /> AYES, <br /> <br /> NOES, <br /> 'ABS~T, <br /> <br />the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution <br /> <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held <br /> at said meeting regularly <br /> to-wit: <br /> <br /> COUNCILMEN: Royal E.
