BK16 ?g 440 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 59-36 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA APPROVING MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br />FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF TOWNER STREET AND OTHER <br />STREETS IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That that certain plat or map, ~. Sheet <br />No. l, AD 202, prepared by the City Engineer of the City of Santa <br />Aha, showing the boundaries of the proposed assessment district <br />and all of the lots or parcels of laud included within said dis- <br />trict for the improvement of Towner Street and other streets all <br />in the City of Santa Aha, be, and the same hereby is, approved and <br />adopted. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
