RESOLUTION NO. 59-64 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION 01~ THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY 01~ <br />~ANTA ANA CON!~IRMING TEE AEEEEEMENT ~OR THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF MAIN STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment for the improvement of Main Street, <br />pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 58-131, was filed in the <br />office of the Clerk of the Council of said city on ~ebruary 17, <br />1959; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all proceedings in connection therewith have been in <br />accordance with law; and <br /> <br /> WP~EREAS, at a public hearing on said assessment, which hear- <br />ing was held on March 16, 1959, all written objections, protests, <br />and appeals thereto or therefrom were heard and considered by the <br />City Council; <br /> <br /> NOW, THErEfORE, THE CITY COUNCIL 09 THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the assessment and diagram for the im- <br />provement of Main Street, under Resolution of Intention No. 58-131, <br />be, and the same hereby is, confirmed and approved. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. That all protests and objections of every <br />kind or nature to said assessment and all appeals therefrom to <br />said City Council be, and the same hereby are, overruled and denied. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. That the Street Superintendent shall forthwith <br />attach a warrant, bearing the date of this order, to said assessment. <br /> <br /> SECTION 4.
