RESOLUTION NO. 58-131 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO <br />IMPROVE MAIN STREET WITHIN TEE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />AND DETERMINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSb~ TO <br />REPRESENT THE COST TNEREt~OR, AND DECLARrNG TEE <br />WORK TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC <br />BENEFIT AND THAT THE EXPENSE TNEREOF SHALL BE <br />ASSESSED UPON A DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WPiEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, by~ <br />Resolution No.58-118, adopted May 5, 1958, set a hearing, pursuant to <br />Section 17 of Article XIII of the Constitution of the State of Cali- <br />fornia, for May 19, 1958, to determine whether the public conveni- <br />ence and necessity require the improvement of Main Street between <br />Edinger Street and Delhi Road in the City of Santa Aha, by the in- <br />stallation and placing in operation of an ornamental street light- <br />ing system including the installation of concrete lighting standards, <br />mercury vapor type luminaires, ballasts, lamps, cable, conduits, pull <br />boxes, and appurtenant work thereto, all as set Forth in said resolu- <br />tion; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on said date said hearing was held and said City <br />Council, by Resolution No. 58-13~ adopted by a five-fiFths vote ou <br />May 19, 1958, determined that the public convenience and necessity <br />require the said improvement of Main Strget between Ediuger Street <br />and Delhi Road in the City of Santa Ana, by the installation and <br />placing in operation of an ornamental street lighting system includ- <br /> <br />ing the installation of concrete <br />type luminaires, ballasts, lamps, <br />appurtenant work thereto, all as <br /> <br />lighting standards, mercury vapor <br /> <br /> cable, conduits, pull boxes, and <br />set forth in said resolution, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY C0~CIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />DOES F~ESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1.
