The expense of sai~ work or improvement is by said <br />Resolution of Intention made chargeable upon a district, <br />which said district Is described in ~nd by the said Resolu- <br />tion, and is shown by a plat or map thereof ou file in the <br />office of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />All of the herein proposed work shall be done iu <br />pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of Call- <br /> <br />fornia, designated Improvement Act <br />thereto. <br /> <br /> For further particulars, <br /> <br />of 1911, and amendments <br /> <br />reference is hereby made <br /> <br />to said Resolution of <br />12th day of ~ay, 1924, <br />of Santa Aha, <br /> <br />Intention No. 1259, which is dated the <br />and on file with the Clerk ~ the City <br /> <br /> The Clerk of the City of Santa Aha is hereby direc- <br />ted to post a notice of said work, together with the plans. <br />and speclflcations therefor conspicuously for five days on or <br />near the council chamber door of the Board of Trustees invi- <br />ting sealed proposals or bide for doing the work ordered; he <br />is also directed to publish twice a notice inviting such pro- <br />posals and referring to the specifications posted or on file, <br />in the Santa Aha Daily ~vening Register, a daily newspaper <br />published and circulate~ in the City of ganta Aha, and hereby <br />desiFnated for that purpose. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution Or- <br />dering Work was duly and regularly introduced, passed and <br />adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa aua at <br />sn adjourned regular meeting of said Board of Trustees held <br /> <br />on the 9th day of June, 1924, by the followirg vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Ayes~ Trustees C.
