~ESOLUTI0~ AID PTI~G PLA~]S AND SPECIFICA,~IONS <br /> <br /> NC. 12V8. <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, that the plans and speolflcstions for the <br />following work to be done and improvement to be mode in the <br />C~ty of Santa Aha upon and along that open public street in <br />s~d City, commonly known az Garfield Street, and which por- <br />tion thereof is described as follows: <br /> <br /> Garfield Street from the Morth line of First Street <br />to the South line of hi×th Street, excepting therefrom the <br />intersection of Third, Fourth and Fifth Street with said <br /> <br />Garfiled Street, which are already paved to grade. <br /> S~id work being described as follows: <br /> <br /> The grading and paving of the described portion of <br />said Garfield Street with a five (5) inch Asphaltic Concrete <br />pavement, and the construction of cement curb cn portions of <br />said street where not already constructed. <br /> <br /> All as prepared by the City Engineer and designated <br />as Assessment District No. 88, for the improvement of the <br />above described street, and zubmitted this 9th day of June, <br />1924, be and the same are hereby, ~dopted ss and for the <br />p~ns and speclfieatfons for doing said work. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />d~ly and regularly introduced, passe~ and adopted by the Board <br /> <br />of Trustees cf the City <br />meeting thereof held on <br />lowing vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> A~es, Trustees <br /> <br />l~oes, Trustees <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees <br /> <br />of Santa Ann at an adjourned regular <br />the 9th day of June, t~24, by the fo]- <br /> <br />C.H.
