forth, delineated and described on plans, profiles and cross- sections on file iu the office of the City Engineer, and spec- ifications for Assescment District No. 88, ou file in the of- fice of the City Clerk, which plans, profiles, cross-sections and specifications were adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana on the 9th day of ~une, 1924, by Reso- lution No. 12vg, ss the plans, profiles, cross-sections mhd specifications are hereby referred to for a full and detailed description of said proposed work or improvement. SECTION III. for in this Re~/ution GRADE The grade to which the work, provided of Intention, shall be done and the improvement made, shall be different from the official grade, which has heretofore been ~ormally established, ~nd such dif- ferent or uaw grzde sh~l: be that shown on the plans and pro- files therefor on file in the office of the City Engineer, to which said plans and profiles reference is hereby made for the description of such grade. Said profiles h~ve been here- inbefore referred to and by reference have been made a part of this Resolution of Intention. DESCRIPTION OF BONDS SECTION IV. ~:e said Board of Trustees does hereby declare and determine, and notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent unpaid assessments, and to bear interest at the r~te of six (8%) per cent per znnum will be issued hereunder in the m~nner provided lu the "Improvement Bond Act of 10lB", the l~st installment of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of July, next succeeding ten (10) months Srom their d~te. DESCRIPTION OF ASSESS~ENT DISTRICT SECTION V.
