Vegely Clerk of the City of ~ante Aha RESOLUTION ADOPTING P!iMS AND SPECIF]EATIONS NO. 1280 RESOLVED, that the pla~s and specifications for the follow~ng work to be done and !m~'rovement to be made in the City of Santa Ans upon and along those open public streets in said city, commonly known as Santa Clara Avenue, Spurgeo~ Street and Santiago Avenue, and which portions t~ereof are described at follows: S~nts Clears Avenue from the East line of Bush Street to the center line of Lincoln Avenue; Spurg~n Street from the North line of Santa Clara Avenue to the bouth line of Edgewood Ro~d; Santiago Avenue from the ~srtl~ line of Santa Cl~rs Ave- nue to the North City Limits. Said work being described as follows: The grading and paving of the above described por- tions of g~nta Cl~r~ Avenue, Lpurgeen Street and S~nti~go Avenue, wit~ a five (S) inch Portland C~ment ConCrete pavement with belt f~ris~ wear~rg surface; the construction of cement curb on portions of ssId streets where not already constructed; the construction of main line sea:er and the laying of house con~ectlng sewer laterals.
