Vegel¥ Clerk of t~e City of Sant~ Aha RESOLUTION NO. 1281 A RESOLUTION OF T.~!E BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, RELATING TO T[E ISSULNCE OF LTEEET ~fPR~EMENT PONES PURSUANT TO ~ESOLUTION OF IN~ENTION NO. 112~, DETE~TINING ARIOI~T CF !E~PAID ASSESSR~ENTS, PRESCRIBING THE DE- NOR~INA~ION OF SUCP PO~DL AND PROVIDINC FOR TYE!R ISLUANCE. %~tIEREAS, pursuant to St~tute, notice of filing t~st of unpaid assessments, was dd~ given ir. the manner and fo:~u required by law, that the wgrrant, assessment ~nd diagram re- corded on ~ay lgth, 1924, for the work and improvement made by Oglesby and Dahl, under that certain contract awarded to them on J~nu~ry V~, 1924, on Spurgeon Street, ~nd that s~id w~rr~ut, ~sz~ssment and diagram were returned to the Street Superintendent of said city, together with ~ written state- merit of ~l] p~,)~ent~ received upon the s~ assessment, and after the full expiration of Twenty (20) d~ys from the ~ate of said ~.arrant, the said Street Superintendent duly made and filed with the City Clerk of the said Oity of Santa Ana, ~ complete list of ail assessments which list is now on file in the the said '~ ' c.~t~, now upon evidence unpaid the said Assessment, office of the City Clerk of sh~n, this Board determines that the assessments tt~erein mentioned were then unpaid, the total aggreggte thereof being the sum of Two T~ousand, Eight Hundred Ninety-Seven & 29/1~0 Dollars ($2,89~.29) and that no amsessments having since been paid there now remains unp~!id the sum of Two Thousand, Etg~t Hundred Ntnety-gevcn & 29/100 Dollars (~2,89V.29) upon the assessment shown upon said llst othe~ than t?~ese hereinabove last noted as having be~r paid. Reference is hereby made to Resolution of Intention No. 1126, of t?'e Board of Trustees of the C~ty of Santa Ana, passed Novemb~r 19th, 1923, for a complete description of the work herein mentioned.
