Resolved, that the s~id Board of Trustees hereby <br />rejects all of said proposals or bids except that next herein <br />mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work <br />and improvement to the lowest responsibl~ bidder, to-wit, <br />Steele Finley at the price named in his bid as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Item 1. The grading to a subgrade and the ~ying <br />of six (6) inch Asphaltic Concrete pavement complete with <br />the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and material <br />on a~ estimate of 136,333.23 square feet, for the s~m~ of twen- <br />ty five cents (~0.25) per square foot. <br /> <br /> Item 2. The construction of concrete curb complete <br />with the furnishing of all necessary equipment, labor and ma- <br />terial on an estimate of 2342.6V linear feet for the sum of <br />fifty-five cents ($0.55) per linear foot. <br /> <br /> Item 3. The trenching, furnishing and layin~ of <br />six (6) inch main sewer pipe in accordance with plans and <br />specifications complete with the furnlshiug of all necessary <br />equipment, labor and material on an estimate of 2646.50 linear <br />feet for the sun~ of seventy cents ($0.V0) per linear foat. <br /> <br /> Item 4. The trenching, furnishing and laying of <br />one hnndred and seven (10V) four (4) inch house branch sewers <br />from the main sewer to the curb line complete with the fur- <br />nishing of all necessary equipment, labor and material on an <br />estimate of 2041 linear feet for the sum of sixty cents <br />($0.60) per line~,r fo~ · <br /> <br /> Item 5. The excavation for and the construction of <br />seven (V) manholes as shown on plans complete with the fur- <br />nishing of all necessary equipment, labor end material for <br /> <br /> (~90.00) each. <br />the sum of Ninety dollars ~ <br /> <br /> Item 6. The excavation for and the construction of <br />one (1) flush tank as shown on plans complete with the fur- <br />ml~dng of all necessary equipment, labor end material for <br />the sum of 0ne hundred t~irty-five dollars ($135.00). <br /> <br /> Item V.
