Bush, Deputy. <br /> <br /> RESOLI~ION OVERRULIMG PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS <br />TO ASSESSMENT, A~PROVING AS~E8S~ENT AND ORDERING <br />THE STREET SL~ERINTENDENT TO ATTACM WARPJ~NT AND <br />RECORD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the <br /> <br />No. 1286. <br /> <br /> Board of Trustees of the City of Santa <br />Aha did, on the 1st day of October, 1923, pass Resolution of <br />Intention No. 1088 for the improvement of ~est Eighth, North <br />Garusey, North Flower, North Olive, West Tenth, North Baker, <br />West Sixth and Lowell btreets, ~nd whereas, on the 28th day <br />of Way, 1924, the Superintendent of Streets of said City filed <br />an assessment to cover the sum due for the v'ork performed and <br />specified in the contract made under proceedings for the said <br />improvement. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of~the City of Santa Aha has <br />given notice required bI law in which Notice June 16th, 1924, <br />at the hour of V:30 o'clock P.¥. was ~ixed as the time, and ' <br />the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said 'city as the plac~ <br />where any.snd.~ll persons interested in the said work might <br />be heard. <br /> <br /> AND ~HEREAS, no person aggrieved ~s filed with the <br />Board of Trustees a written objection to said assessment as <br />required by law, a~d whereas, ~t the time set for hearing <br />protests or objectlo~s the Bosrd of Trustees of said city <br />proceeded to hear the same, a~d all of sai~ protests or ob- <br />Jections to s~ifl assessment of t~e work done h~virg been heazfl <br />it is hereby <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by' the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Aha that all of the said protests and objections againsi <br />said assessment or the work done under said oroce~dlng be, <br />and the same are hereby, overruled and denied and the assess- <br />ment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent be, and <br />he is he~eby.dlrectefl to attach to said assessment a warrant <br /> <br /> <br />
