RESOLUTION NO. 1291. RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, that pursuant and subject to all of the terms, conditions and provisions of Chapter ~V5 of the California Statutes of 1915 and amendments thereto, relating to domestic water supplies, application by this C~ y be made to the State' Board of Helsth of the State of California, for a permit to make full use of existing works as the same have been altered~ cleaned and improved under and by virtue of recommendations ~ made to applicant by R. F. Gowdey, Southern Division Engineem for California State Board of Health; that the President of said Board of Trustees be and is hereby authorized and direc- ted to cause the necessary data to be prepared, and investi- gations to be made, and in the name of said C~ y of Santa Ana to sign and file such application with said State Board Health. of day of June, Ayes, Noes, of Passed and adopted at a regular adjourned meeting the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Aha, on 1924, by the following vote, to-wit: Trustees C.H. A P~ESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THEIR INTENTION TO ORDER THE PAVING AND OTHERWISE IMPROVING OF A PORTION OF EAST SANTA CLAP~ AVENUE, SPURGEON ~TP~EET, AND SANTIAGO AVENUE, ALL WITH-I IN THE SAID CITY; DECLARING THE SAID WORK OR IMPRO;EMENT TO BE OF MORE THAN IDCAL OR ORDINARY PUBLIC BENEFIT; DECLARING THE DISTRICT TO BE BENEFITED BY SAID WOrK AND IMPROVEMENT, AND TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSE~ THEREOF; DETERMINING THAT BONDS SHALL BE ISSUED TO REPRESENT SAID COSTS AND EXPENSES; AND FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARIN~ OBJECTIONS TO SAID WORE OR IMPROVEMENT OR TO THE EXTENT OF THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED OR BOTH.
