<br />of Trustees of more than local or ordinary public benefit

<br />and the expense of said work and improvement is made charge-

<br />East line of Santiago Avenue and 13~ feet East of the East

<br />center line of Santiago Avenue and cqntinuing along a prolon-
<br />gation cf the said North City Boundary line to s point 332
