The Santa Aaa Daily Evening Register,! a daily newspaper published end circulated and of general ci~ culation in the City of Santa Ana is hereby designated ss thei newspaper in which this Resolution of Intention shall be pub-i lished, ~nd the City Clerk of snid City is hereby directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published by two in- set, ions in said newspaper, in the manner and form required by law. The Board of Trustees does not deem it advisable that the Clerk mail copies of the Notice of Improvement to owners or ~eputed owners, and he is not ~equired to mail the same. POSTING OF NOTICES OF IMPROVEMENT SECTION VIII. The Street Superintendent of said City shall, after the adoption of this Resolution of Inten- tion, cause to be conspicuously posted along the lines of said contemplated work or improvement, and along all the openi streets and alleys within the hereinbefore described assess- ment district, notices of the passage of thi~ Resolution of Intention in the manner end form required by law.
