R~30IUTION OF A~'ARD NO. 12.9Z WHEREAS, the Board o£ Trustees of the City of Santa Aha did, in open session et a regular adjourned meeting thereof on the 50th day of June, 1924, publicly open, exemlne end de- elate all sealed proposals or bids for doing the following work under ~esolution of Intention No. 1268 in the City of S~nta ~na as follows: RESOLV~, that the said Board of Trustees hereby rejects all of sa!8 proposals or bids except t~mt next herein mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing sai~ work ~nd improvement to the lowest responsible bidder, to-wit: Steele Finley at the price n~med In his bid, as f~!lows,to-wit: Item I. %R~e gr~Sing tca subgrade end the laying of five (~) inch Asphaltic Concrete pavement complete with the furnishing of ~l] necessary equipment, labor and material on an estimate of 15,65~ square feet for the sum of Twenty- fonr cents ($0.~) per square foot.
