RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS <br />TO ASSESSMENT, APPROVING ASSESSMENT AND OBDERING THE <br />STREET SUPERINTENDENT TO ATTACH WARRANT AND RECORD. <br /> <br />No. 1306. <br /> <br /> ! <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Sar~ <br /> <br />Aha, did, and on the 5th day of March, 1923, pass Resolution <br />of Intention No. 959 for the improvement of South Garnsey <br />and West Myrtle Streets, and whereas on the ZOth day of June~ <br />1924, the Superintendent of Streets of said city filed an <br />assessment to cover the sum due for the work performed and <br />slmecified in the contract made under proceedings for the said <br />improvement which assessment was approved by the Bo~r~ of <br />Trustees of said city on the 21st day of July, 1924. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the Clerk of the City of Sa mta Ana has <br />given notice requi~ed by law in which notice July 21st, 1924~ <br />at the hour of V:~O o'clock P.M. was fixed ss the time, and <br />the Council Chamber of the City Hall of said cdty as ~he <br />place where any and Ail persons interested in the said work <br />might be heard. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, no person aggrieved has filed with <br />the Board of Trustees a written objection to said assessment <br />as required by law, and whereas, at the time set for hearing <br />protests or obligations the Board of Trustees of add city <br />proceeded to hear the same, and all of said protests or ob- <br />Jections to said assessment or the work done having been <br />heard, it is hereby <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Ana that a/1 of the said protests and objections <br />against said assessment or the work done under said proceed- <br />ings be, andthe same are hereby, overruled and denied and the <br />assessment be affirmed, and that the Street Superintendent <br />be, and he is hereby directed to attach to said assessment a <br />warrant in the form and manner required by law, and shall re- <br />cord the same in the office of said Superintendent of Stzee~. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly and regularly passed by the Board of Trustees of the C~ <br />of Santa Aha at a regular meeting of said Board held on the <br />21st day of July, 1924, by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees <br />Absent, Trustees " <br /> <br />C.H.
